In the basement, the laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and the children's playroom, including table football, are available. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The dining table can accommodate 10 guests.
The villa offers four bedrooms on the ground floor. The spacious master bedroom, located next to the swimming pool, has a large bathroom. The other three bedrooms, on the other side of the living room, include a bedroom with a queen size double bed and an attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom, one of which has two bunk beds, ideal for children.
